Mansood is the founder and leader of the militant group Jaish-e-Mohammed, a militant group based mainly in the Pakistan-administered portion of the state of Kashmir, He is a master mind behind Pathankot attack, and preliminary report suggest that he is a main conspirator behind Uri Attack. Manssod was captured in late 90’s but Indian administration has to free him after IC814 flight hijacking. Source
