21:10:2016:- Today morning at 9:30 Am. in a response to a unprovoked firing by Pak rangers, India retaliated hard and reportedly BSF had killed 7 Pak rangers and 1 militant at Hiranagar sector of Jammu.

Today on 21st Oct 2016, in the same area Pak Rangers targeted the BSF domination along International Boundary and one BSF trooper Constable Gurnam Singh has received bullet injury. He was evacuated with the cover fire to GMC Jammu. His condition is critical. Reported by BSF press briefing.

As per our report Pak rangers have started a unprovoked firing, after India foiled the infiltration bid in the intervening  night of 20th and 21.  There was intense snipping from Pak side, In a response to those snipers, India also retaliated with mortar and shells, which resulted into death of 7 Pak rangers.

In a BSF press briefed that ” Border Security Force is on high alert all along International Boundary and ready to foil any infiltration attempt”.

However  Pakistan has usually denied any killing by BSF.

Since the surgical strikes in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir, cross-border firing has been increased substantially by Pakistan.
