AAP’s Student Wing Leader booked for Rape Charges of Minor Dalit Girl !

There seems to have no end of trouble for AAP party, Many of it’s leaders, are being accuse of taking  bribe on tape or allegedly seeking sexual favour from the Party ticket seeker in Punjab.

This time AAP’s student wing leader from Lehalkalan, Sangrur, Hardeep Singh, is been booked for attempting of rape to the minor girl from his locality.

Hardeep is known to be very close to be Arvind Kejriwal and other senior party member from AAP Party. Reportedly many senior leader of AAP have visited and stayed his place in Punjab.

Hardeep is running a digital studio in Lehakalan, gangrur.

According to the FIR registered at Moonak police station, The incident took place on Friday evening when the victim and her sister had gone to get their passport size photos clicked at his studio.

The victim in her statement to the magistrate said that the accused asked victim’s younger sister to stay outside and locked the darkroom from inside.

He allegedly kissed her and tried to remove victim’s clothes. Victim’s sister and parents got the door unlocked after the
victim shouted for help.

Hardeep Managed to flee from the spot immediately after the incident.

Sangrur Police have registered  the case against Hardeep  on different section of IPC including 511, 342, 354B, 506.

Like many other case AAP party has gone on silent mode refuse to comment on allegation, AAP party member just saying that “party is conducting internal probe to know the truth before taking any action.

Till now no action is being taken. as the girl was the minor and dalit, this matter has dented an AAP image so hard at this crucial moment of campaign.
