Bangladesh is also one of the participating teams in the world cup, Kabaddi is the National game for Bangladesh and the Amateur Kabaddi Federation of Bangladesh was formed in 1973.

 In Bangladesh, a diffrent  variation of kabaddi called Ha-Du-Du is  also very popular. Ha-Du-Du has no definite rules and is played with different rules in different areas.

As kabaddi has a Indian origin and Bangladesh was also the part of ancient India, so they have inherited this game from India. Kabaddi in Bangladesh is as famous as cricket there. They have a very strong Kabaddi team, they have won bronze Medal in 2016 Asian games, In 2004-& 2006 world cup , they positioned them self in 3rd spot.

17th October:  Australia vs Bangladesh

19th October: Bangladesh vs Argentina

These five matches will be played by Bangladesh in league matches and if qulified they will play in semi’s .
