Devendar Singh
Former DSP of J&K police Devindar Singh got arrested with notorious terrorist Naveed babu while he was escorting the farmer to Jammu Highway. Devindar has also been named by Afzal Guru for plotting the Parliament attack, that investigation is yet to be done but sources claim Devindar was greedy and could be an double agent of India.
Rabinder Singh
Rabindar Singh has served in Indian army and then volunteer to join RAW. He was brifly posted in Seriya where he was honey trapped by CIA, Indian Agency has raised doubt about him and has put him on surveillance for many years. but in May 2004, he disappeared. A former senior RAW official in 2018 commented that RAW’s own intransigence at not handing over the investigation to the Intelligence Bureau was to blame for his defection.He is suspected of having escaped to the U.S. via Nepal.In Mission R&AW, a book written by a former R&AW officer, it is claimed that Singh flew to America from Kathmandu along with his wife on 7 May 2004 using a fake identity in the name of Mr and Mrs Rajpal Prasad Sharma. The R&AW unit at Kathmandu did nothing despite clear intelligence on Singh’s escape plans. It is also claimed that R&AW even managed to get copies of their visas and embarkation cards. Rabinder Singh was one of the biggest embarrassment for Indian Agency.
Rattan Sehgal
Rattan Sehgal, Addl director, IB was caught passing on sensitive documents to CIA in 96. It was also allege by former RAW NK Sood that he Was allowed to resign and go to USA. He also falsely implicated Nambi Narayanan in infamous ISRO spy case.
Mukhtar Ahmad Shaikh
Mukhtar Ahmad Sheikh (J&k Police ) belongs to the murky world of counter-insurgency, in which the police have been infiltrating militant ranks with their moles to gather intelligence. But agency claim that he switched the loyalty and delivered the SIM card to Lashkar-e-Toiba, operative to be used in26/11 terror attack. After 26/11, the trail of SIM cards recovered from the militants killed in Mumbai led to Sheikh’s dramatic arrest in Delhi in December 2008.
